The architecture
Three blocks stepped down the hillside, all facing north to catch the light throughout the day. The stepping gives every unit an unobstructed view. A brick and timber façade with arched openings.

The units
Operation and investment
The development launches with Housi on board, managing both residency and short-term rentals within the building itself. Housi Wellness is the wellbeing ecosystem built into the project from the start: it structures, certifies and runs wellness inside the residence, rather than simply delivering an amenity area.
Specialists handle every part of the rental: listings on multiple platforms, digital contracts, automated payments, occupancy calendar management and resident support.
The apartment can be delivered furnished, decorated and equipped, with appliances, linens and kitchenware, ready for its first guest.
Rentals are flexible, from stays of a few days to long-term leases. You use it whenever you like and make the apartment available the rest of the time.

A 40 m² studio, Duplex 2 with 58 m² (41 m² on the upper level and 17 m² on the lower) and Duplex 1 with 62 m² (17 m² upper and 45 m² lower). Every apartment has one parking space. Duplex 1 and Duplex 2 allow an extra bedroom by converting the living room, and the studio allows the bedroom to be enclosed.
